Thank you for your recent purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your Prancy Pets product for any reason, you may return the unopened product to us for a refund, excluding the original shipping & handling costs. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Prancy Pets is the sole manufacturer and distributor of these products. Any applicable policy only applies to purchases made directly from Prancy Pets. Unfortunately we cannot apply our policy to products purchased from an unauthorized retailer. If you have any questions, please contact our customer care team via email at support@prancypets.com.

Return Policy:

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within ninety (90) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original seals and labels still attached. All returns are required to have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number written on the outside of the package.

RETURN PROCESS
In order to return your product, please email customer service at support@prancypets.com to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to place on your package. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, write the RMA number on the outside of the package and mail your return to the address listed below, within ninety (90) days of the date you originally ordered the product.

Returned packages without a RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package will not be accepted or refunded. Please note, the costs of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS
In order for your refund to be processed, the product must arrive at our fulfillment facility within ninety (90) days of the original purchase date. The costs of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are subject to restocking fees of 15% – 25% of the purchase price and shipping fees. Prancy Pets may assess the restocking fees and return shipping fees against the customer’s account or deduct the fees from the refund amount on all returns, subject to the Return Policy. Prancy Pets reserves the right to adjust the value of any item returned for refund to reflect its current market price, in which case the restocking fee will be applied after this adjustment.

Once our fulfillment center has received the package, inspected the condition of your product, and relayed the correct information to us, we will then finalize your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed and with the exact refund amount.

Please note, we are not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
