Thank you for your recent purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your Prancy Pets product for any reason, you may return the unopened product to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Prancy Pets is the sole manufacturer and distributor of these products. Any applicable policy only applies to purchases made directly from Prancy Pets. Unfortunately we cannot apply our policy to products purchased from an unauthorized retailer. If you have any questions, please contact our customer care team via email at support@prancypets.com.

Return Policy:

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within ninety (90) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original seals and labels still attached.

RETURN PROCESS
In order to return your product, please email customer service at support@prancypets.com to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to place on your package. Write this number on the outside of the original shipping package and send back the unopened product to the address listed below, within ninety (90) days of the date you originally ordered the product. In order for your refund to be processed, the product must arrive at our fulfillment facility within ninety (90) days of the original purchase date. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returns are subject to restocking fees of 15% – 25% of the purchase price and return shipping fees. Prancy Pets may assess the restocking fees and return shipping fees against the customer’s account or deduct the fees from the refund amount on all returns, subject to the Return Policy. Prancy Pets reserves the right to adjust the value of any item returned for refund to reflect its current market price, in which case the restocking fee will be applied after this adjustment. Once our fulfillment center has received the package, inspected the condition of your product, and relayed the correct information to us, a refund will be credited back to your bank account, and may take up to 3-5 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
