Every pet is unique so times may vary but typically within 4-6 weeks, pet parents can begin to see a difference. If you ever have any concerns at all, please be sure to speak to your vet!

Our supplements are made with scientifically studied nutrients and blended with the nutritious liver flavoring proven to be very palatable to pets. Made from our proprietary Yumology® Pet Flavoring System, contains no artificial ingredients and is 100% safe for consumption.

While we do not claim our products to be all-natural, we formulate our products with natural ingredients and essential vitamins & minerals. Some products may contain ingredients from shellfish sources. Inactive ingredients do contain gluten and yeast. We always ask any customer to consult with their veterinarian before giving any supplement which may conflict with their dog’s health status, medications, or allergies. Allergies, although rare, can occur, please refer to each product’s nutritional label for product facts.

We cannot speak to the efficacy of our product for humans since our chews have been scientifically formulated for canine and feline consumption.

However, there are many supplements for humans made with the same active ingredients in our chews, like: Glucosamine HCL, MSM, Folic Acid, and Biotin, just to name a few.

Because these ingredients are so beneficial and work for humans too, we made supplements for pets to really help and provide lasting relief for pets!

Our supplements are carefully balanced with your pet’s weight in mind and we always recommend that you stick to the suggested daily amount. In the event that your pet accidentally consumes more than the daily recommended dose, consult your vet for advice.

Yes! We are proud to announce that our Mobility Chews are now specially formulated for both cats and dogs. Our Daily Dental Rinse is also safe for feline consumption.

We are devoted to growing Prancy Pets and to provide you & your cat with a full line of pet care products for your  because we love all animals (not just dogs)!

Our products are 100% manufactured, bottled, and labeled in a Certified Good Manufacturing Practice facility, that is FDA registered and audited.

This is a quality assurance and safety certification, which is a highly sought after industry credential.

Our products are made with some globally sourced ingredients. Each product undergoes quality assurance and quality control testing through a 3rd party testing facility.

Our team ships Mondays through Saturdays, excluding holidays. Orders received before 10am MDT will ship same day. Please note: due to increased volumes, our processing time may be longer than usual.

Please allow one (1) to three (3) business days (Monday through Friday) for orders to be processed prior to shipping. Once your order is shipped it should arrive within our estimated shipping time frames below:

– Standard: 2-6 business days once processed.
– Priority: 1-3 business days once processed depending on destination.

Due to the automated process our warehouse fulfills and ships orders, we generally are unable to edit, cancel, or stop shipment on an order that has been created in our system.

Kindly keep in mind that you need to contact us regarding any assistance you require within 30 days of your order’s purchase date. After 30 days, we are unable to guarantee that return, refund, or replacement assistance can be offered to remedy the order issue you have experienced.

When we designed our business processes and systems at Prancy Pets, our goal was to save you and your pet time by quickly processing your order. Due to the automated process our warehouse fulfills and hands off orders to our logistics partners for shipping, we are unable to cancel or stop shipment on an order that has been created in our system. If your order has already been created you can receive a refund by following our Return Policy.

You can edit your subscription’s products, renewal date, shipping address and payment information through your Prancy Pets Account. 

  1. Log into your Prancy Pets Account.
  2. Once logged in, please select “Subscriptions” followed by “View Subscription Details” to find the fields to edit.

Please note, all edits must be made before your subscription’s scheduled renewal date. In most cases, we’re unable to edit or stop shipment on an order once it has been created in our system.

If additional assistance is needed, please reach out to Customer Support via phone or email and provide us details so our team can further assist you.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, there’s a possibility that one or more of the products you ordered are out of stock. Unfortunately, this could delay our expected 1-3 day processing time frame. In these cases, we could ship the in-stock products while refunding the out of stock products, or we could let you know when the out of stock products are back in stock.

Separately, it’s possible that there was an issue with your tracking number that caused your shipping confirmation email to be undelivered. Typically this happens when couriers fail to scan the parcel into their system or there’s an error in our own order processing system. In these cases, your order has shipped and should be on the way to the address you provided.

Alternatively, if there was an error with your shipping address information, this causes issues in our automated order processing system and could delay our expected 1-3 day processing time frame.

In any of these cases, our friendly Customer Support team will reach out to you via email so that we can quickly get your order delivered to you & your pet.

Free Trial

We offer our free trial promotion so you can find out if our products are right for you before you begin your pet on a new wellness journey with us! We are confident in our premium ingredients and recipes but recognize that each pet is unique and may have a different experience with our products depending on their needs. We offer a variety of products through our free trial promotion in hopes to satisfy our new customers’ varying wellness needs and to provide them with the best results.

Consistency is key! For best results, please use your free trial products consistently in accordance with the instructions provided on the product label. Every pet is unique so some customers may start seeing noticeable improvements in a few weeks.

If you are not satisfied with your pet’s results, you can provide us with your feedback, wellness concerns and goals by contacting us via phone or email. Our Customer Support team can assist you with additional guidance or product recommendation.

Our free trial waives the price of the trial products and is offered at the cost of shipping. Free trial orders are non-refundable. Our trial products should last for one month when used in accordance with our recommended instructions. The default free trial period is 30 days starting on the free trial’s order date.

By redeeming our free trial you are agreeing to the automatic enrollment of our monthly subscription service. Your first subscription order is set to renew at the end of your 30-day free trial period. Upon your subscription’s scheduled renewal date, your default payment method on file will be automatically charged with our subscription pricing.

You can extend your free trial period, postpone your subscription’s renewal date and interval, or cancel your subscription at any time through by contacting our customer support team by phone or email. When a subscription cancellation is successfully processed you will receive a confirmation email.

To avoid getting charged for a new subscription order, you must cancel your subscription before its scheduled renewal date. Once your subscription order has already been created, you can receive a refund by following our Return Policy.

Our free trial promotion can only be redeemed once by each customer. Customers who redeem our free trial promotion more than once are in violation with our free trial policy and will be charged in full at our subscription pricing for subsequent free trial orders.

Our free trial orders are non-refundable. This is because our free trial promotion is offered at the cost of shipping while the products are free.

You can extend your 30-day free trial by delaying your subscription’s renewal date. Please reach out to Customer Support team via phone or email so our team can assist you in setting a renewal date or interval that works for you.

Returns & Refunds

To receive a refund, please return your unopened item(s) to our warehouse. When returning your order, you must include the original packing slip. This ensures that our team can process your return in a timely manner.

If you experienced issues with your order, please provide us with order details by contacting our Customer Support team via phone or email so a member of our customer support team can further assist you.

If you have already returned your order, please attach your proof of return (as mentioned in our Return Policy and our customer support team will reach out accordingly.

When returning your item(s) to our warehouse, please be sure to include the original packing slip inside of your return package. This ensure we can process your return and issue your refund in a timely manner.

Once our support team confirms that your return has been processed, the funds may take up to 5-10 business days to return to your original method of payment. This is a standard banking time frame and will vary depending on your financial institution.
